Submit exactly 2 complete grant applications using our AI tools within 3 months of subscribing — submitting fewer than 2 or more than 2 disqualifies you. If neither wins funding AND you've used 20% or fewer of your plan's AI credits, request a full refund within 30 days of the final decision. The 20% threshold exists because AI-generated content (narratives, analyses, answers) is a delivered service — if you've used the AI extensively, the value has been provided regardless of grant outcome. Team and Institutional plans receive the Success Commitment (free renewal year) instead of cash, since any credit usage by any team member means the service has been delivered.

No — add-on purchases (Winning Grant Analyzer, Expert Review Panel, AI Final Rewrite) are tied to a specific application and never expire. Credit top-up packs also never expire and stack with any plan.
