Submit exactly 2 complete grant applications — not 1, not 3. Fewer = insufficient usage; more = guarantee permanently voided.
3-month window
Both applications must be submitted within 3 months of your subscription activation date.
Credit ceiling: ≤20%
You must have used 20% or fewer of your plan's total AI credits at the time of refund request. Beyond 20%, the AI service has been substantively delivered.
Neither wins funding
Neither application results in a funding award of ≥50% of the requested amount within 3 months of submission.
30-day request window
Refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the final application decision (denial or 3-month anniversary, whichever comes first).

What happens to my data if I cancel?
Canceling your subscription does not delete your account or data. Your applications, drafts, documents, and profile remain intact. You can export everything at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full data retention details.
Can I pause instead of cancel?
Yes — contact support and we can pause your subscription for up to 3 months without losing your data or progress. Your billing is simply deferred and you return right where you left off.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly plan credits (Starter's 40/mo) reset each billing cycle. Pro Annual credits roll over up to 400. One-time credit top-up packs never expire and stack with any plan.
How does the Starter → Pro upgrade credit work?
If you start on the Starter plan ($14.99/mo) and upgrade to Pro later, your most recent Starter payment is automatically credited toward your first Pro payment. You only pay the difference. You're never double-charged.
How does the Win or Refund Guarantee work?
Submit exactly 2 complete grant applications using our AI tools within 3 months of subscribing. If neither wins funding AND you've used 20% or fewer of your plan's AI credits, request a full refund within 30 days of the final decision.
What if I need to cancel mid-cycle?
You can cancel anytime from your Profile page. You keep full access through the end of your current billing period. No partial-period refunds are issued on cancellation, except as covered by the Win or Refund Guarantee.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by Base44 Payments — we never store your full card number, CVV, or bank details on our servers. Only the last 4 digits of your card are retained for fraud prevention.
