✅ Test Agent — Impact Metrics Full Flow

Step 1 — One-Click Setup: Click "Auto-Create Award, 'Youth served' Metric & Q1 Data" below (data-testid: impact-metrics-fast-track-btn). This creates a test award, a "Youth served" metric (target 200, quarterly cadence, demographics tracked), and logs a Q1 entry with 45 people served including a demographic breakdown — then opens the tracker view with the progress bar visible.

Step 2 — Verify: After the tracker opens, confirm the "Youth served" metric card shows 45/200 (23% progress) with a populated progress bar (data-testid: metric-progress-bar) and a demographic breakdown in the trend chart.

Step 3 (optional) — Draft progress report: Click "Draft Progress Report"(data-testid: draft-progress-report-button) to generate an AI-drafted narrative from the logged data.
